    I completely agree about rotating heat and ice. That can really help relieve back pain!!

  2. I disagree competely. ICE is horrible for back pain. Its the worst thing you can do, Why do you think a TENS unit or ultrasound uses heat? ICE will numb pain temporarily but will not speed healing or lead to long term comfort.
