This book has a good overview of Holistic Health. I’m using it in my Holistic Health class and find it very interesting. The read is easy. It gives you a general idea of the different types of Holistic Healing.
I especially like the list of vitamins they have in Chapter 2 or 4. It talks about what the vitamins are important for and what food it can be found in.
I absolutely love this book! It was required for me to buy for school but I ended up reading every chapter (even the ones that were not assigned for class). A great reference. I will hold on to this book for a long time.

Not long after this book came out over a decade ago my mother was just beginning to experience the effects of arthritis.
