Stress is a reaction to events and problems, and you can lock yourself in to one way of viewing your situation.  Seek an outside perspective of the situation, compare it with yours. and perhaps lessen your reaction to these conditions.</description>

		<description>It&#039;s a proven fact that most stress is bad for you and eventually, can lead to cardio vascular disease among others. Hypertension and obesity are two very popular stress related problems. However, there is some level of stress that is required if you want to be competitive and achieve certain goals in life. I am an AAA personality and need a challenge daily for me to function properly or I become lethargic. I often find that a good massage goes a long way to relieve tension and other physical muscular problems, and when stressed too much, that is what I have, and it works great.

		<description>To lead a life of simple living yet higher thinking could help an individual getting rid a great deal of stress. 

We are living in a modern and hedonistic world and because of the rat race factor, it is hard for us not to be in stress. But we could begin change from introspection and from the thought that real change is from within. To have a real change, we must have a change of heart. 

You could try meditation. There are kinds of meditation that we could do in breaks between work and at home. 

Even our youth must become health conscious. In this age of bewilderment it is prudent to live a simple and happy life. Be healthy and be safe.
