		<description>I will say that meditation is one of the things that has changed my life as far as stress goes. I used to be constantly stressed because I work in a busy office enviroment. Everyday when I get home I meditation for about 25 to 30 minutes depending on how much I can concentrate and when I stand up I am ready for round two.</description>

In most of the people stress results in weight gain, hair loss, high blood pressure etc. I strongly believe that natural ayurvedic remedies are very helpful in these cases without any side effects.
