Are these herbal remedies effective only as creams, ointments, etc to be applied locally?
Or is it equally good to take supplement pills (eg. Kelp)?

Great tips I think onion works best overall. Another great remedy to use when there is nothing else around,(this might sound gross) is urine. Ammonia in urine kills the fungus in athlete’s foot.
