		<description>I think it is true that there is connection between depression and overeating. Human body is a magic whole, who can react to those injuries, no matter from physically or mentally. The reactions would be different according to individual case, which I believe are the methods human body takes to combat those invasion and heal itself. If someone is &quot;strong&quot; enough, probably he can step out from depression by himself.

		<description>I find aerobic exercise a good way to get rid of stress &amp; to feel happier if I am down. Food is comforting, but exercising a bit can also make people feel better. It must be quite tough to break the habit of comfort eating once it has been started though, I think.
