i think allergies are very serious problem since they will not easily cure and if you get the treatment of that then also it takes time to leave you. i think this herbal remedy may help us to get away from this serious problem.

Neti pots work fine, but be careful to avoid a mix that is too salty (hypertonic). While it may temporarily dry the sinuses, it can also irritate the nasal lining, causing a rebound inflammation and mucus production.

The neti pot is an intriguing idea .. haven’t come across it before … don’t know if I fancy trying it either but if it works, great! I would rather go the energy therapy way, with EFT and also maybe look at the roots of allergic reactions in our inner and outer environment .. emotional trauma giving rise to allergic symptoms and/or impurities in the air, which air purifiers can help with
