When I was a child I had vivid dreams every night. The next morning I would tell my mother all about it over breakfast and she would tell me what the dream meant. As an adult, I stopped remembering my dreams. I know I had them still because I would wake up in an emotional state but not remember the dream. On the rare occasions when I did remember, I’d go to the bathroom and by the time I got back in bed the memory was gone. Secretly, I thought there was something wrong with me. How can you not remember your dreams?
